It's a real source of annoyance for most people we speak to – not to mention a huge expense to the company. Now, using off-the-shelf touch-sensitive screens placed outside meeting rooms or on the 'front desk', you can see exactly what meeting rooms are available and make ad-hoc bookings.

And if no-one shows up, a room will automatically revert back to free – both on the room display screen and in Outlook calendar.
