AccuRoute

AccuRoute® is a document routing hub that seamlessly connects the world of paper documents with today's digital office.

It uses virtually any scan-enabled digital copier, multifunction device or fax machine to get documents, faxes, forms etc 'into your system'.

Once uploaded, documents can be routed, distributed and managed as easily as email, and, for example:

  • captured and content indexed in the corporate archive system
  • entered into a workflow process
  • routed to a list of recipients via any combination of fax or e-mail
  • converted to searchable PDF format.
  • easily profiled into a Document Management System (DMS)
  • printed on any network printer

Other features such as content encryption, sender and recipient authentication, transaction tracking and recipient authorised delivery help to protect and secure documents whose contents are covered by legislative requirements and regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley, and are available as options to the core AccuRoute product.
