EAS Web Access
The ZANTAZ Enterprise Web Access (EWA) product offers customers a web-based interface that is platform agnostic and feature-rich. Featuring a user-friendly, intuitive interface, the EWA product offers users access to their archived information from both the Microsoft Exchange mail environment and the corporate file shares. ZANTAZ EWA offers the ability to browse archived information regardless of the existence of stubs or shortcuts.
ZANTAZ EWA provides access to both archived Microsoft Exchange messages and archived files, including an integrated search capability that generates a federated search result containing both files and messages from a single query. EWA offers an additional element of availability to the EAS product family, enabling users to access archived information even when the Microsoft Exchange server is unavailable for some reason.
