ZANTAZ PST & NSF Migration
ZANTAZ EAS completely eliminates Microsoft Exchange personal archives (.PST files) and Lotus Notes local databases (.NSF files) by migrating their contents into a centrally managed and secure archive - whilst maintaining transparent access to end users.
And, because EAS restores Single Instance Storage, you can expect to reduce your storage overhead by up to 80% - as well as remove the need to backup personal archive files on central file servers.
EAS seamlessly gathers personal archives from user desktops and file servers and quickly migrates their contents into a centrally managed and secure archive - with no negative impact on your email servers.
Regardless of where the personal archive is originally stored, EAS keeps track of who owns which and can override any passwords.
Migrated items can be accessed via shortcuts placed back into the owner’s mailbox as a one-step operation. Alternatively shortcuts can be put back into the migrated .PST files, and then automatically copied back to their original location and compressed.
The contents of PST files can be selectively migrated according to policy - e.g. archive only those items < 2 years old, or archive everything but only create shortcuts for those items < 1 year old.
The .PST file migration tool:
- Reduces storage volumes on files servers and local PCs
- Centralises e-mail storage
- Provides single instance storage of duplicate messages from all archived .PST files
- Gives you 5 options for user retrieval 'post migration'
- Migrates e-mails up to 10x faster than its nearest competitor
