Terms and Conditions

Bookings & Confirmations: All bookings made are provisional until a signed booking form is received. Once a signed booking form has been received the booking is confirmed and joining instructions will be sent out. A further set of joining instructions will also be sent 2 weeks prior to the course commencement date.

Payment Terms: An invoice will be issued on receipt of a valid booking form and purchase order. Payment terms are 30 days. Please make cheques payable to Essential Computing. All course fees are exclusive of VAT.

Attendance Certificates: Attendance certificates will be provided to all delegates on completion of the course.

Cancellations & Transfers: Essential reserves the right to cancel any training course up to 15 working days prior to the course commencement date. Essential will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid cancellations, however when this is unavoidable, Essential will refund the course fee or offer alternative dates at the customer's preference.
