This video demonstrates the visitor self check-in facility available with Resource Central for Microsoft 365.

At the same time as inviting visitors to a meeting in Outlook, you can generate a confirmation email that features a QR code.

This QR code can then be used by your visitor to self register at a kiosk in reception, or quickly scan with a member of reception staff.
