In this video I demonstrate the AvePoint Insights dashboard, which gives you a clear, traffic light view of security risks across your Microsoft 365 tenant.

At a glance, you can see how files are classified based on both their sensitivity and their level of exposure.

Red indicates high-risk files – those with highly sensitive content that are broadly accessible. Amber shows medium risk, and green highlights low-risk files.

The dashboard lets you quickly identify the most critical items. Click into any category to view the specific files behind the numbers.

From there, you can take immediate action – export the list, apply or adjust sensitivity labels, notify owners, or tag files for administrative follow-up.

Admins only see what they have permission to access, so the experience is secure and role-appropriate.
