Book resources simply by scanning a QR code
In this short video we demonstrate how you use QR codes to allow users to interact directly with ResourceXpress.
This example shows a SharePoint page that describes the office EV charging facility: How to use it, etiquette notes, and so on.
Users can then scan an embedded QR code with their mobile and proceed to book an EV charging bay for their planned office visit from an interactive map.
The use-cases are endless! For example, your bookable desks or other workspaces can have QR code signs. Simply scanning a QR code will show availability, both immediately or later in the day, and let you make a booking on the spot.
