As part of its move to new offices, specialist lender Blemain Group has purchased a solution to streamline bookings of its 20 meeting rooms.
The Group’s modern building on the Cheadle Royal Business Park has been completely refitted to offer state-of-the-art facilities designed to provide an enhanced environment for staff and visitors alike.
As part of this initiative the Group will be working with Microsoft Gold Partner, Essential Computing, to deploy touch screens outside each meeting room, along with software that integrates with the Group’s existing Outlook email and diary system.
As well as adding to Blemain Group’s professional and modern image, the screens will ensure meeting rooms are used as efficiently as possible and help cope with future demand. The room booking software will also simplify the process of finding a suitable room in advance that has presentation equipment and for ordering services such as catering. This will result in a lot of saved time for both meeting room users and Facilities staff.

Users can order additional services such as catering, presentation equipment, seating layouts, visitor badges and more: at the same time they book a meeting via Outlook calendar and all in one place.
Customers can also choose from a range of Microsoft Exchange-integrated room and foyer screens that enable walk-by bookings and status updates, along with highly accurate utilisation reporting.
