Revolutionising online learning in a UK Police Force
Delivering digital learning in the Flow of Work with a Microsoft 365-based & mobile learning experience
We recently delivered a Microsoft 365-based Learning Management System (LMS) for a large UK Police Force, addressing their challenge of providing accessible training content to officers regardless of their location. This shift towards a hybrid approach to learning and training represented a significant departure from its traditional classroom-based model.
Effective policing today involves embracing new ways of working and collaborating while maintaining essential skills. The Force aimed to offer a user-friendly experience, ensuring that even retired colleagues, who may not be in the office frequently, had easy access to training materials from moobile devices.
Our LMS solution, Learn365 (previously LMS365), allowed the Force to integrate their learning into their Microsoft 365 environment, and present it through Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and mobile devices.
This approach is enabling officers to access training alongside their daily communication and collaboration tools, and allowing ‘Learning in the Flow of Work.’

Our solution leverages Microsoft’s robust security ecosystem, including Azure for identity management and Intune for mobile device security. It also complies with government cloud security principles, annually verified by the Government Digital Service (GDS), and is available in the G-cloud digital marketplace.
